The Wild Atlantic Way

The Wild Atlantic Way is the world’s longest defined coastal touring route which follows along the West coast of Ireland. This trip includes some of the most spectacular locations and hidden gems Ireland has to offer. We will focus on Galway and Connemara before exploring Clare and the Aran Islands.

Day 1
We visit Brigits Celtic Gardens, where the tradition of making celtic crosses continues. Later, continue to Connemara and visit Ionad Cultúrtha an Phiarsaigh Visitor Centre. Overnight in Clifden.

Day 2
Today we drive through Connemara to Leenaun and hop on board our boat at Killary Harbour for a 90-minute cruise along Ireland’s only fjord. In the afternoon we will be visiting Kylemore Abbey. Overnight in Clifden.

Day 3

Today we board the ferry to take us to Inis Oírr, the smallest of the Aran Islands. Explore the island at leisure before returning by ferry to Doolin later that day. Take the short drive to the nearby Cliffs of Moher Visitor Centre. Overnight in Ennistymon.

Day 4

Explore Lahinch and Lisdoonvarna and drive through the Burren National Park before returning home.
